수많은 지역 속에는 우리가 볼 수 있고 기억할 수 있는 문화와 삶, 활동 등이 분명 존재하지만, 그것들은 인간의 불완전한 기억을 기대하며 사라져 가고 있습니다. 유튜브 동영상을 만드는 목적은 생활문화 아카이브 구축으로 지역 생활문화에 대한 기억과 경험을 체계적으로 정리·보존함으로써 지역민을 비롯하여 단체, 문화계 현장, 행정 등에서 광범위하게 활용하여 그 성과를 시민들에게 제공함으로써 생활문화 창작과 진흥을 도모할 수 있도록 하는데 있습니다.

There are certainly cultures, lives, and activities that we can see and remember in numerous areas, but they are disappearing in anticipation of incomplete human memories. The purpose of creating YouTube videos is to systematically organize and preserve memories and experiences of local life culture by establishing a life culture archive to provide citizens with the results of extensive use of local residents, organizations, cultural fields, and administration.
