Hi, my name is Rose, and I'm a self taught crocheter. I've learned to crochet visually and using my own imagination. I created all my crochet appliqué without patterns. Believe it or not, I can't even follow written crochet patterns in the book, although I’ve tried. I use my imagination and creativity, or get ideas from looking at pictures or designs. Since I am not a professional crocheter I will be using simple techniques, some captions in my videos I use may not be the correct terms (a pro crocheter use) but I will do my best to demonstrate it clearly and slowly (maybe not too slow, lol).
