Bacon's Sandwich
Greetings, curious scholars and thinkers!
Welcome to Bacon's Sandwich.
Follow me, Greg Szulgit, biologist and educator, as I meet prominent scientists to find answers to intriguing questions.
Sir Francis Bacon was a 17th Century English philosipher widely credited with establishing the modern scientific method.
I'm no Francis Bacon.
But I like sandwiches.
I'm also passionate about the scientific process. Bacon's Sandwich encapsulates all these things. My sandwich is made up of a question and an answer, with a tasty filling of scientific enquiry, debate, and a dash of jollification.
I hope you enjoy the show and please comment with your own intriguing scientific questions and I'll see if I can find an answer.
