Unity Lewis

Unity Lewis, a multi-talented artist, began making music, performing, and creating art at the age of three. At 13, he founded the rap group Napalm Clique in L.A. In 2000, he moved to the Bay Area, earning a BFA at California College of the Arts, followed by a teacher’s credential and a Master’s in Education from Mills College. Unity has been teaching Hip-Hop, art, and life skills since 2001, earning accolades like a Guam Legislature Resolution in 2005. As a musician, he’s collaborated with Dead Prez, Sly Stone, and more. As an artist and curator, he’s showcased work alongside legends like Jacob Lawrence and Betye Saar.
