Roasting your own coffee - it's easier than you probably think. Here you learn how to do it. On the one hand, the choice of the right green coffee for you. Tastes vary and depending on how you prepare the coffee, a Yellow Bourbon from Brazil (espresso) or a Yirgacheffe from Ethiopia (filter coffee) is better suited.
