My name is Aldaine Oakley aka Chef Alley. Originally from Jamaica. I migrated to Houston, Texas in 2016 with my wife. That year my wife and I celebrate 4th of July holiday with some friends. I was jerking some chicken and everyone love it. One lady gave me $60 as a gift of apperception. That was the birth of Spice Jamaica.

Growing up in Jamaica I always enjoyed watching my mother cook and helping her in the kitchen, I started cooking at a tender age of 7. I wanted to take share my love for cooking to the world.

In early 2020 a vision came to me to create my own line of seasonings and also a YouTube cooking channel. Then came covid-19 and production paused. we continued planning and creating, Then finally in July 2020 we had our final products and production started in September 2020.
