I have worked as a social worker and counselor for over 20 years and have seen how the stressors of life ways heavy on us, including myself and my family. Gardening is a GREAT form of SELF-CARE. I never had a green thumb and lacked the knowledge to keep plants I touched alive. Through trial, error, and determination, I built the confidence needed for gardening.
