My videos do not replace you going to your doctor or physical therapist but are for educational purposes. They will help you get a feeling of the reason you have injuries and some brief exercise you can do the fix. Often it is more about doing one exercise throughout the day vs 10 exercises ( what I call the shotgun approach- lets move you and hope you get better). The key thing is to help you catch the bad habit, because it will beat you up over time even if you are doing some great exercises. I want to help you think through injures and help you learn to fix yourself.
